Glidden Point is our house oyster, which is locally harvested by Barb Scully in Damariscotta Maine.  They are well known around the world for their uniform size & shape, deep shell cup, & superb freshness.  The flavor is distinct & complex - briny yet sweet, & has come to be recognized as a favorite of oyster connoisseurs.
